Meetings to address safety concerns at Edison Tech

EDISONENVIROMENT2007-11-08-1194541515.jpgToday, two public meetings will be held to address environmental issues at the Edison Tech Campus in Rochester. Back in September, glass was found on the surface of one of the high school's athletic fields. That caused concern because the field sits on top of what used to be a landfill, but soil tests came back negative for toxins.

The two meetings will be held today at Edison Tech High School on Colfax Street.
The first meeting is at 3:00 p.m., the second is at 7:00 p.m. Both meetings are open to the public, officials will be on hand to answer questions.
