A fugitive wanted in connection with a deadly shooting last week in Florida has been arrested here in Rochester.

Authorities say 32-year-old Julian Wimberly shot two people in a drive by shooting in Seminole County last Sunday.  He was also wanted on a warrant for alleged sexual battery and prostituting a child. U.S. Marshals tied Wimberly to an apartment at 16 Sherwood Avenue on the City's west side, where he was arrested late Friday afternoon.

He was taken into custody without incident.
