New lawsuit against Governor Spitzer

Another hit to Governor Eliot Spitzer's driver's license plan.

Monroe County Clerk Cheryl Dinolfo has filed a lawsuit against the plan that lets illegal immigrants obtain driver's licenses.

Dinolfo says that she's tried to block the plan in any way she can but says the state is ignoring her complaints.

Dinolfo says illegal immigrants with driver's licenses are a direct threat to our society.
