Two men are in the Orleans County Jail tonight in connection with the bizzare case of assault, robbery and abduction of a 24 year old man Sunday morning.
Orleans County investigators arrested 24 year old Zachariah Tower of Brockport and 23 year old Khalil Nieves of Buffalo.
They have been charged with assault, robbery, kidnapping and grand larceny.
Police say shortly after 2:00AM Sunday, 24 year old Calvin Herb was assaulted and robbed in a parking lot on Ridge Road in the town of Ridgeway.
He was then forced into his own car and driven to a location in Buffalo where he was held captive for 17 hours before he was released. Herb then drove himself back to Orleans County and was treated at Medina Memorial Hospital where he was treated and released.
Tower and Nieves are being held at the Orleans County Jail without bail.
