On Saturday, the City of Rochester, Monroe County and Sibley Nursing offered a free flu shot clinic at the Public Market on Union Street. The clinic was open to anyone with a health insurance card or $25 for those without. Organizers say they were pleased with the turnout.
"We've done about 150 today. This is a lot, it's been a very busy morning, more than we anticipated,” said Diana Ferrel, a registered nurse.
The next flu shot clinic will be held Thursday, from 9 to 1 p.m. in the brick building in the middle of the Public Market.
