L-FRENCHRDELEMLOCKDOWNA2007-10-26-1193417066.jpgFrench Road Elementary School went into lock-down Friday morning after two students reported seeing a man with a gun near the school. Police believe that gun was a paint gun. The students told a crossing guard who then placed the school on lock-down. Brighton Police were called in to help school officials conduct a search of the building and the surrounding area. No gun or intruder were found at the school. Officials then determined there was no threat to the school and lifted the lock-down at 10:45am. School officials say the students did the right thing by reporting the incident.
