Grand Jury will decide fate of man accused in hit and run death of crossing guard

A grand jury will hear the case of a Rochester teen accused of killing a school crossing guard in a hit-and-run crash.
 
Police say 19-year-old Ricardo Torres struck Arlene Page while she was working at the intersection of Dewey Avenue and Bloss Street earlier this month.
 
Page was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead. Torres has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
