Women's Wellness Weekend starts today

Camp Good Days and Special Times will host their Women's Wellness Weekend, today through Sunday, October 14, at Keuka Lake in Branchport.
 
The Women's Wellness Program is open to women dealing with any form of cancer, ages 18 and older, whose diagnosis was four or more years ago and / or who are currently in remission.
 
A variety of wellness-themed activities are planned, including, yoga, painting; woodworking, massages, and palm reading.

The Women's Oncology Program was started At Camp Good Days in 1996 to provide women with cancer the opportunity to meet other women who have undergone similar challenges and to share life experiences.
 
Camp Good Days and Special Times also offers a number of programs for children, ages 4-17, whose lives have been touched by cancer and other life threatening challenges, as well as a Men's Oncology Program, which is for men, ages 18 and older, who are dealing with any form of cancer, from recent diagnosis to remission.
