Thursday, Ahold, which owns Tops and Martin stores says it's selling the company to Morgan Stanley.

The deal is valued at $310 million.

Morgan Stanley says the store names will not change and all employees will keep their jobs.

That includes about 10,000 workers across New York State and Pennsylvania.  The sale is expected to be finalized by the end of the year.
