RPD cruiser involved in accident

OFFICERINVOLVEDAX2007-10-08-1191860267.jpgA minor accident involving a Rochester police cruiser closed down the intersection of Jefferson Avenue at Flint Street Sunday evening.

The front end of the police car was hit and damaged after a driver in a van tried to make a u-turn and hit the police car in the intersection. That driver was ticketed.
