Acquest Development Corporation of Amherst is purchasing about 330 acres of land, which include buildings 502 and 605. They were formally a warehouse and distribution center.

Kodak announced plans in January to close and sell those operations as part of its transition to digital.

Kodak Park South is located in Greece between Ridgeway and Lexington Avenues.

The sale price was not released and it's expected to close by the end of the year.
