Bruno blasts Dems, Spitzer

New York State Senate Majority Leader Joseph Bruno addressed Rochester Rotarians today and fired shots across the bows of Democrats who control the State Assembly and Governor Eliot Spitzer in particular."We get it, " Bruno declared, in speech where he inferred efforts to reduce taxes for senior citizens and boost prospects for business in New York are lagging due to inaction or outright opposition by the Democratically controlled Assembly and New York's Democrat Governor.
A member fo the State Senate for 31 years, Bruno made his first official visit to Rochester in more than 3 years.
Bruno, 78, spoke to News 8 Now about how long he plans to remain in government, and about the "Troopergate" scandal which continues to rock Albany.
