15-year-old arrested in Monday's homicide

WEAVERHOMICIDE2007-09-14-1189781028.jpgRochester police have made an arrest in the city's most recent homicide. A 15-year-old is charged with murder in the second degree.

Police say the teen shot and killed 22-year-old Ramon Burgos Monday night on Weaver Street. The suspect's name is not being released because of his age.

Funeral services for Burgos will be held today at 11am at the Falvo Funeral Home on North Goodman Street.
