Bills owner releases statement

(Orchard Park) Bills Owner Ralph Wilson, Jr. issued the following statement today
regarding the injury to Kevin Everett:
"The devastating injury to Kevin Everett last Sunday has been extremely
emotional for football fans everywhere, but especially for those of us
within the Bills organization. For me personally, it is difficult to
put into words the depth of my concern I feel towards this courageous
young man. I want to express my truly heart-felt best wishes for Kevin
and his mother, Patricia, and their entire family during this
challenging time. I will remain optimistic for Kevin in the days ahead
and I encourage everyone to keep Kevin in your thoughts and prayers."
"I also want to personally thank our medical staff, Dr. John Marzo and
Dr. Andy Cappuccino, who performed the surgery on Kevin, for their
outstanding efforts through this ordeal. I also want to thank our great
team of athletic trainers, Bud Carpenter and his staff, for their
first-class handling of this situation."
