Victor approves school spending plan

Voters in Victor have approved a big school improvement project. The 12 million dollar improvement plan was okayed Friday night by a nearly 3 to 1 margin. The vote gives the district the go-ahead to add classrooms, build a fitness center, put in a new articial turf field, and upgrade parking lots.
