TEWKSBURYINDICT2007-09-07-1189207151.jpgCharges are moving forward against a former ambulance worker who's accused of raping a teenage girl under his watch.


A grand jury has indicted Jeff Tewksbury. He's accused of raping a 16-year-old girl in an Explorer's post at the Spencerport Volunteer Ambulance Corps.  The Explorer post is a mentoring program.


Tewksbury resigned as chief of operations for the Spencerport Volunteer Ambulance Corps when these accusations came to light.
