Frontier Field project

A massive renovation project at Frontier Field is underway.
The grass and dirt is being taken out and replaced. It's more than a resodding project. Crews are digging down four feet and removing all the dirt and sand. After about a decade, the dirt and sand compacts which leads to poor draining.
This project will cost a little over a million dollars. The field will be ready by opening day in the spring.
