Grand jury will hear case of alleged gay bashing incident

Were learning more about an alleged gay bashing incident this summer.
The case will now be heard by a grand jury in the next month.
We first broke the story back in June after a group claimed they were attacked by four people on South Goodman Street after using anti-gay slurs.
They then claim the officers who responded did not allow them to file a report and physically abused them.
After an internal investigation it was concluded some officers may have acted inappropriately.
While three of the alleged victims were arrested... None of the so-called suspects were.
The districts attorneys office says a grand jury will determine if charges will be filed against the four suspects.
