Three people are facing animal cruelty charges after an emaciated dog had to be euthanized. Last week, the Clarkson Animal Hospital contacted the Humane Society regarding a Rottweiler, named "Moose." The dog was turned over to Lollypop Farm for treatment, but eventually had to be put down. Herbert Sellins, Terry Konzel and Giovanna Sellins, all of Clarkson, are charged with animal cruelty. Theyre scheduled to appear in court next month.
