First day of school for Rochester students

It's the day many parent's have been waiting for. Today is the first day of school for the largest district's in our area including Rochester City Schools. The start of this school year after some debate on the transportation issue for city schools. At least until October first, students who take public buses to school will have a ride.... The ruling comes from the US District Court. The district will then have to come up with a permanent plan to transport students. Along with the Rochester School District, Greece, Victor, and Canandaigua will begin classes this morning as well.
