A group of protesters is scheduled to speak out against hate-crimes today. A vigil will be held outside the Rochester Police Locust Club between 11:30 and 1:00pm this afternoon. Later from 4:00-6:00pm, that same group will lead a march through the city, starting on the corner of Monroe Avenue and Goodman Street.
This is in response to a story News 8 was first to tell you about; 4 people say they were the victims of an alleged gay bashing incident on June 1st.
