TALIENTOSINCOURT2007-08-22-1187821864.jpgA Henrietta couple accused of swindling an elderly woman out of nearly $750,000 returned to court Wednesday.

Today, the Rush Henrietta business teacher Lynn Taliento and her husband, Ralph, pleaded not guilty to grand larceny and scheming to defraud charges. Prosecutors say the teacher befriended the victim, and then fooled her into loaning her money for phony investment schemes.

The two are both due back in court next Friday.
