A 3-year-old case involving the drowning death of a local Saint Lawrence student will be tried in Saint Lawrence County. 20-year-old Adam Falcon of Victor died in November of 2004 after a night of drinking at the Tick Tock Inn. The underage student got into the bar using a fake ID. The lawsuit filed by Falcons family names the bar and Saint Lawrence University, claiming both were negligent in Falcons death. The Tick Tock Inn is now for sale.
