Possible plea deal today in alleged celebrity ID theft case

A plea deal could be reached today for a Greece man charged with identity theft, mail fraud and bank fraud. Charles Curry is expected in court at 10:00 a.m. Curry's wife Shamieka has also been charged in the alleged scam. Both are accused of stealing the identity of several people, including a pop star, an actress and Curry's father, to illegally obtain credit cards and write bogus checks. If convicted, they face up to 30 years in prison and a fine of $1 million.
