Baby death investigation

BABYDEATHFOLO2007-08-14-1187132512.jpgIt's a decision that has western New York talking. A Wyoming County mother whose baby boy died because she forgot about him in the car will not face charges.


This happened in the village of arcade earlier this month. The Wyoming County District Attorney Gerald Stout says he believes Lynn Brol truly thought she dropped her 5-month old son Brayden off at daycare and he found no evidence that she had left him there intentionally.


"Absolutely nothing.  I've had experience with people who intentionally murder their children.  They don't act the way she acted," says Stout.


The district attorney added that there's nothing he or anyone can do to the mother...that would be as severe as the memory of her opening the car door and seeing her son dead.
