Eastview Mall expansion

Shoppers can expect more changes at Eastview Mall. Tuesday Eastview Mall's general manager says there are plans to build a 30,000 square foot freestanding store.

The facility will be adjacent to the mall and occupy the space of the former Jo-Mor Theater. There is no word yet on what store will be moving into the building. The company says it plans to make a public announcement about the project within the next couple of weeks.

The mall underwent major changes last year after several old stores left and new ones moved in.
