Another guilty plea in connection with the now-defunct Jennifer Matthew nursing home.
Monday, Tammy Devos admitted she neglected a 70-year old resident and falsified the patient's records to cover it up.
Devos was a certified nurse assistant at Jennifer Matthew.
As a result of the plea deal, she will have to spend four months of weekends jail.
Devos is the 10th former Jennifer Matthew employee to plead guilty, which is now under new ownership.
The NYS Attorney General's Office is still pursuing a civil case against the former owner and operator of the facility.
