MIA soldier laid to rest after 57 years

An Orleans County soldier whod been missing in action for over half-a-century has finally been laid to rest. Sergeant Frank Bunchuck of Medina was buried with full military honors Thursday morning at Arlington National Cemetery outside Washington, DC. Bunchuck was serving in North Korea back in November of 1950 when his company was attacked along the Kuryong River southwest of Unsan. He was reported as missing in action until DNA identified remains found in 2002 as belonging to him.
