A new website has been set up for friends and family of a local soldier injured in Iraq. 21-year-old US Army Specialist Kevin Mowl suffered a traumatic brain injury and multiple fractures to his body last week when an IED exploded near his vehicle in baghdad. Mowl's father says Kevin spent nine hours in the operating room yesterday while doctors inserted a plate in his left arm and cleaned his leg wound. Here is the website set up for condition updates on Kevin Mowl.
