Suspect in June shooting death in court

A Rochester man accused of killing an innocent bystander outside a city restaurant is scheduled to enter a plea before a judge later this morning. Cyon Badger is accused of shooting 24-year-old Adam Emiling at Marks Texas Hots on Monroe Avenue last month. According to police, 41-year-old Badger got into a fight with a bouncer and went looking for him at Marks. But instead of shooting his intended target he shot and killed Emiling. Badger is charged with second degree murder.
