Animal cruelty arrest

Jeremy James, 25, of Bath, and Jake Hoffman, 25, Hornell are accused of killing and dismembering a cocker spaniel.

Both are charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, a felony and are being held in the Steuben County jail on $10,000 bail.
