Fire on N. Goodman Street

GOODMANSTFIRE2007-08-07-1186510915.jpgRochester fire crews were busy Tuesday morning on a fire on the city's northeast side..


A fire broke out in a two story duplex just before 7 on N. Goodman Street.


Fire officials say the fire was contained to the unoccupied side of the duplex.   The other side sustained smoke damage.


The family who lives on the other side were not home at the time.   The Red Cross is assisting the family.


Fire investigators don't know yet what sparked the fire.
