Homicide suspect in court, 10 years later

A Brooklyn man indicted in a decade-old murder in Rochester is expected to be arraigned in court today. 28-year-old Timothy Armstead is accused to shooting Andrew Johnson on Dewey Avenue in 1997. Armstead was first charged with murder shortly after the shooting occurred. However, he was freed when a key witness was not able to take the stand. Since then, investigators gathered more evidence that prosecutors took to another grand jury. Armstead is scheduled to be in court at 9:30 this morning.
