Bail has been reduced for a man accused of sexually assualting 4 women last year.
According to the Ontario County DA's office, Preston Wido can present what is called a surety bond for $75,000 or $50,000. The surety bond allows Wido to use property as collateral for his bail.
In his case, some of the property is his grandmother's.
Wido's attorney, John Parrinello, still has to come forward with proof that there is enough equity on the property to cover the bail amount.
4 William Smith students have come forward claiming Wido, a former Hobart student sexually assaulted them in his dorm room last school year.
Investigators say all the women were acquaintances of Wido.
