A night off for the Buffalo Bills turned into a night in jail for one of their players. Defensive End Anthony Hargrove was arrested Saturday night and charged with harassment, criminal mischief and resisting arrest, after he allegedly hit a police officer. It happened about 2 a.m. on St. Paul Street. Police say Hargrove interfered while they were trying to arrest another person. During the incident he hit one of the officers in the face.
He was released Saturday afternoon after posting bail. The Bills say they are still gathering information on the incident and will comment when the team returns to camp on Monday.
