Not guilty plea in deadly wrong way crash

A not guilty plea Friday from the man charged in a deadly wrong way crash.
Herman Bank was arraigned on manslaughter charges and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
Bank, in a wheelchair, is still recovering from the crash.
Prosecutors say he was high on cocaine when he went the wrong way down 590 back in May.
Bank crashed into a car, killing 18-year-old Henry Rivera and 20-year-old Pedro Hernandez.
Bank, a Cortland County pharmacist, is currently free on $100,000 bail.
