Wrong-way driver in court for manslaughter

The case of a deadly wrong way accident that killed two Rochester men back in may moves forward today. Herman Bank is scheduled to be arraigned in court later this morning. Henry Rivera and Pedro Hernandez died after the car they were riding in was allegedly hit head on by Bank who was travelling in the wrong direction on I-590 in Brighton. Bank has been indicted on several charges, including manslaughter and driving while ability impaired by drugs.
