PORTPLANS2007-08-01-1186007731.jpgWhat to do with the Port of Rochester? That question will be revisited again Wednesday night. Up for discussion is the feasability of a marina at the port. A public meeting at the terminal will look at amendments to the waterfront revitalization plan plus what to do with the terminal if the idea of a private ferry service falls through. "Should that fail or should we not turn up anything there, there are other options and we will obviously be exploring them because of the investment in the building and the infrastructure around it," says Mark Gregor, who is the Port Redevelopment Manager for the City of Rochester. The meeting is at 7 Wednesday night at the Port of Rochester. If you want to go the city opening up the old ferry departure parking lot and will direct you into the meeting in the terminal.
