Perez is accused of slamming into the back of the bus in Hamlin near Priem and Moscow roads, then running away from the scene. Police say they later found Perez was an undocumented immigrant and has since been turned over to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Department. 17 children were on board the bus being taken to a daycare. No one on the bus was injured.
