Victim identified in Henrietta accident

The Sheriff's department has identified the man who was hit and killed by a van in Henrietta Tuesday night.

Bernard Snyder, Jr. of Rochester was walking on Jefferson Road near the Outback Steakhouse when he was hit.

He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital where he later died. The driver of the van was not injured and was not ticketed.
