CHURCHVILLEAPTFIRE2007-07-31-1185923707.jpgA teenager has been charged with arson in connection with an apartment fire in Churchville Monday. The fire burned four people out of their second floor apartments and caused smoke damage throughout the building. The blaze was started when a letter was set aflame and ignited a mattress. Police say 17-year-old Timothy Parker started the fire.

He's scheduled to answer to a charge of arson next month.
