Michael Colon arraigned in County Court

colon2007-07-31-1185923795.jpgThe man accused of sexually abusing two girls at a penfield park was back in court Tuesday. Police say 52-year-old Michael Colon raped a nine-year-old girl and sexually abused her 15-year-old sister. The alleged incident happened earlier this month at the Channing Philbrick Park. Prosecutors say they have witnesses and recorded statements Colon made to police, but wouldn't say if the recording includes a confession. Orders of protection were ordered for the alleged victims. Colon remains in the Monroe County Jail on $250,000 bail.
