Fatal car crash in Seneca County

road2007-07-30-1185842826.jpgSeneca County sheriff's deputies are investigating a fatal two car crash on Rt. 89 in the town of Tyre.
Samuel Nucci, 22 of Waterloo was driving north on Rt. 89 when a car driving south collided with him.
The driver of the south bound car was flown by Mercy Flight to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse where he was later pronounced dead.
His name has not been released.
A passenger in the south bound car, 18 year old Natalie Snyder was flown by Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital where she was treated for minor injuries and released.
Nucci received minor injuries and was treated on scene.
