Mark Cole in court

MARKCOLEINCOURT2007-07-26-1185471810.jpgThe Livingston County Jail guard charged with having child pornography on his computer was back in court today.


36-year-old Mark Cole has been indicted on 26 counts of possessing child pornography. Cole was arrested in February after he brought his personal computer to a store in Henrietta. The owner says he discovered the images and called police.


In court Thursday, Cole pled not guilty. He remains suspended without pay from the Livingston County sheriff's department.
