Michael Mox indicted

The Henrietta man accused of beating his 81-year-old father to death has been indicted by a grand jury.

Michael Mox is charged with the second degree murder of his father, Stephen Mox. A neighbor found Stephen's body in his house on

Green Acorn Drive

and called 9-1-1. Monroe County Sheriff Patrick O'flynn says the evidence found at the home led them to Michael Mox, who confessed to the crime.

Mox is being held in the Monroe County Jail without bail.
