Taylor was just released from prison after serving 18 years for raping the young girl in New York City, and then throwing her off a five-story building.

After Taylor was released from prison, he moved to Lyons, but then spent another year in jail for failing to register as a sex offender.  He is considered a level 3 sex offender, which is the most dangerous.
