Hamlin Beach reopens

After a brief shutdown, Hamlin Beach is back open to swimmers.

Officials closed the beach Saturday, saying rough conditions and poor water clarity were to blame.

It reopened 24 hours later.

Just last week, the beach closed because of high e-coli levels.

Officials now say everything is cleared up.
