Son accused in father's murder

Monroe County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call of a man not breathing at 9:30pm Saturday in Henrietta.
They found 81 year old Stephen Mox dead in his home at 39 Green Acorn Lane.
Mox's 47 year old son Michael lived with his father and became the focus of the deputies' investigation.
Michael Mox was found at a relative's house.
He was then arrested, arraigned in Henrietta Town Court and is being held at the Monroe County Jail without bail
