A local developer decided to take a trip down memory lane as he submitted his plans for a new cafe.

Craig Ristuccia rode a vintage 1939 firetruck to drop off his proposals to restore the old Stutson Street firehouse in Charlotte.

His plans include opening a "Hose Number 22 Cafe."

Ristuccia is also the current co-owner of the Big Apple Cafe in Rochester.
