A crash in Genesee County had everyone talking Friday. In Pavillion, a dump truck crashed into a building.
Police say a dump truck was slowing down before the railroad tracks when a tractor trailer rear ended it and forced into several feet into the Hanson business building.
"He had his foot on the brake when he was hit, he doesn't remember anything between the point of having his foot on the brake before the railroad crossing, he woke up, he was in the building. Probably the foot came off the brake and he rolled," said NYS Trooper Eric Daigler.
The dump truck was a paving truck and was enroute to picking up supplies at the time of the crash. The driver was taken by Mercy Flight to Strong Hospital, for internal injuries.
No charges have been filed.
